Issue

  • Cisco cluster switch is intermittently not reachable via SSH.
  • It reboots frequently and all LEDs turn amber.
  • Node often reports (and clears) the following alerts:

[Node-1: cshmd: hm.alert.raised:alert]: Alert Id = SwitchReboot_Alert , Alerting Resource = cluster-sw2(XXXXXXXXXXXXXX) raised by monitor ethernet-switch
[Node-1: cshmd: hm.alert.cleared:notice]: Alert Id = SwitchReboot_Alert , Alerting Resource = cluster-sw2(XXXXXXXXXXXXX) cleared by monitor ethernet-switch
