Bad SFPs in Cisco switches

Issue
- The storage/host logs that points to a suspected port issue on switch.
 - "show logging logfile" from "show tech-support" shows errors for a particular port.
 - A host attached to the port may experience constant or intermittent latency and/or disconnects
 - Port does not come up though validated under "Switch" solution in the NetApp Interoperability Matrix Tool
