WWPN not getting logged in to brocade switch

- Rx and Tx of the SFPs are in optimal range
- When the cable is moved to different free ports wwpn is still not logged in
- Replaced the cable on the switch port to the host, wwpn is still not logged in
Link fail, loss syncerrors were reported on the porterrshow and seemed to be historic
