Issue

  • SANnav management portal entered into emergency mode.

  • Unable to login to SANnav GUI.
  • After logging into CLI it does not show that SANnav services have started or can be started.
  • No changes made on the network side.
  • After rolling back the Virtual appliance(VA) to the previous restore version the screen still appears to be in emergency mode.
  • There is no IP address assigned to the VA.
  • Unable to monitor or receiving alerting from the Fibre Channel SAN directors
