Unable to login to SANnav Global view as License is expired

  • The SANnav Global View is displaying a license expiration error, although the actual expiration date has not been reached.
  • After regenerating the license via link and applying the new SANnav license to the portal, it was discovered that the newly regenerated license is being identified as invalid because it appears to have been previously redeemed.

Unable to login to SANnav Global view as License is expired

  • The SANnav license was obtained by directly downloading it from an FTP link supplied by Broadcom, utilizing WinSCP for the transfer.
  •  Without altering the file name or contents, the file was immediately compressed into a zip archive.
  • Despite these precautions, upon uploading the unzipped license file through the SANnav GUI, the system continues to indicate that the license is invalid.
