Issue

  • Unable to collect supportsaves in Brocade FC san switch
  • Tried with SFTP and SCP both fails with error supportsave completed (upload failure)
  • Same SFTP & SCP server are working for other switches and supportsaves are getting uploaded.

sw1:FID128:admin> supportsave
This command collects RASLOG, TRACE, supportShow, core file, FFDC data
and then transfer them to a FTP/SCP/SFTP server or a USB device.
This operation can take several minutes.
