2022/05/09-18:16:40, [EM-1134], 391, SLOT 1 | FFDC | CHASSIS, ERROR, switch_name, Slot 4 set to faulty, rc=2005a.

2022/05/09-18:16:40, [EM-1069], 392, SLOT 1 | CHASSIS, INFO, switch_name, Slot 4 is being powered off.

2022/05/09-18:16:41, [EM-1134], 393, SLOT 1 | FFDC | CHASSIS, ERROR, switch_name, Slot 7 set to faulty, rc=20015.

Because of these faulty blade errors switch state is changed to MARGINAL from HEALTHY.
