  • In errdump -all , following errors are observed:
2021/09/03-01:34:32, [C3-1002], 25004, FFDC | CHASSIS, ERROR, Brocade6505, Port 22 chip failed due to an internal error.
2021/09/03-01:34:35, [C3-1002], 25005, FFDC | CHASSIS, ERROR, Brocade6505, Port 16 chip failed due to an internal error.
2021/09/04-07:51:44, [C3-1002], 25011, FFDC | CHASSIS, ERROR, Brocade6505, Port 20 chip failed due to an internal error.
2021/09/09-09:30:11, [C3-1002], 25028, FFDC | CHASSIS, ERROR, Brocade6505, Port 20 chip failed due to an internal error.
2021/09/09-10:42:10, [C3-1002], 25029, FFDC | CHASSIS, ERROR, Brocade6505, Port 20 chip failed due to an internal error.

  • The SPF and cable were replaced, but the issue persisted.
  • switchshow shows the following output:
