Description

  • Customer does not have root or admin credentials to login to second switch for data collection.
  • End user could not remember / misplaced login credentials.
  • Customer unable to login with any of the user account remotely and also after connecting serially.
  • Note:  New platforms  and FOS versions are likely using secure boot, see KB How to reset password with secure boot enabled on Gen 6 and Gen7 switches?
