Description
- Customer does not have root or admin credentials to login to second switch for data collection.
- End user could not remember / misplaced login credentials.
- Customer unable to login with any of the user account remotely and also after connecting serially.
- Note: New platforms and FOS versions are likely using secure boot, see KB How to reset password with secure boot enabled on Gen 6 and Gen7 switches?
