Answer

  1. Use the Broadcom Assist Portal  via the NetApp download site, a trade compliance verification check must be completed using a valid e-mail address
  2. Enter BNA serial number from the application top menu select, Help > License

  • If you have a valid support entitlement and receive "No valid Support contract found. Please reach out to your service provider or OEM for assistance.
