Issue

  • Brocade switch rebooted as using the webtools to perform zone changes.
  • The Brocade Supportshow command displays the errors:
2022/03/10-05:34:23, [HTTP-1002], 716, FID 128, INFO, PDC-QASANSWT02, Zoning transaction initiated by User: admin, Role: admin completed successfully.
2022/03/10-05:34:24, [KSWD-1002], 717, FFDC | CHASSIS, WARNING, Brocade6510, Detected termination of process zoned0:1540.
2022/03/10-05:34:24, [RAS-1001], 718, CHASSIS, INFO, Brocade6510, First failure data capture (FFDC) event occurred.
2022/03/10-05:34:24, [HAM-1014], 719, CHASSIS, CRITICAL, Brocade6510, Non restartable component (zone (pid=1540)) died.
2022/03/10-05:34:25, [TRCE-1001], 720, CHASSIS, WARNING, Brocade6510, Trace dump available ! (reason: FFDC).
2022/03/10-05:34:25, [TRCE-1004], 721, CHASSIS, WARNING, Brocade6510, Trace dump was not transferred because trace auto-FTP disabled.
2022/03/10-06:03:07, [HAM-1004], 722, CHASSIS, INFO, Brocade6510, Processor rebooted - Software Fault:Kernel Panic.
2022/03/10-06:03:10, [TRCE-1001], 723, CHASSIS, WARNING, Brocade6510, Trace dump available ! (reason: PANIC).
