Brocade Switch 5100 fan failure

Issue

Brocade switch (5100) reports failed fans, however, the healthy power supply sensor reports the following output:

sensor 1: (Temperature ) is Ok, value is 23 C
sensor 2: (Temperature ) is Ok, value is 9 C
sensor 3: (Temperature ) is Ok, value is 17 C
sensor 4: (Temperature ) is Ok, value is 11 C
sensor 5: (Fan ) is Faulty
sensor 6: (Fan ) is Faulty
sensor 7: (Power Supply) is Ok
sensor 8: (Power Supply) is Ok psshow: Power Supply #1 is OK Power Supply #2 is OK fanshow: Fan 1 is Faulty Fan 2 is Faulty
