Brocade - Control Processor (CP) Blade failed, and High Availability (HA) is non-redundant

Issue
- The stand-by CP Blade experiences a failure, causing HA to be non-redundant or out of sync.
errdump -a
output will mark the blade as faulty, andhashow
will confirm that high availability is not operating.
