  • From EMS logs:

[Node-02: mgwd: callhome.hm.alert.major:alert]: Call home for Health Monitor process cshm: SwitchPowerNotPresent_Alert[BES-53248-sw1/PowerSupply-1]

  • No maintenance activity performed during this time.
  • It is verified that the power supply is receiving power from the power distribution unit (PDU).
  • It is verified that the power supply the power supply is installed properly and not loose.
