Issue

  • The following alert is reported for BES-53248 cluster switch in the event logs:

[Node-01: mgwd: callhome.hm.alert.major:alert]: Call home for Health Monitor process cshm: SwitchIfIslDownWarn_Alert[CLUSW01/Slot: 0 Port: 55 100G - Level].

  • The switch health is degraded due to this issue:
