Issue

When attempting to download switch firmware files to the switch, the transfer fails with an error message that states:
File transfer failed:

(SWITCH-1) #copy ftp://netapp@xx.xxx.xxx.x//EFOS/EFOS-3.4.4.6.stk backup

Mode................... FTP
Set Server IP.......... xx.xxx.xxx.x
Path................... //EFOS/

Destination Filename... backup
