BES-53248 switch does not boot with EFOS but ONIE

Issue
- BES-53248 cluster switches not booting into EFOS, after power down.
- This would be related to a maintenance activity, environmental issue, etc.
- EFOS option is missing from the boot device. Example:

- From the BES switch outputs, there is an issue reported for a low voltage related to the P3V (Real Time Clock battery). Example:
