How to determine E-Series controller lockdown reason without the 7-segment display

  • SANtricity OS 11.60 or newer

Description

  • Several E-Series platforms do not include a physical 7-segment display for diagnosing a controller lockdown.  Instead an alternative method can be used to determine the 7-segment code from the alternate online controller.
  • This method applies to all platforms including those with the physical display (i.e E2800).
