Configuration data download failure due to hash sign in array name

Issue

  • Configuration data download fails when the array name contains a hash sign.
  • The system displays Configuration data has been collected, but no popup appears to select the download location.
  • Support data and trace buffer logs download successfully.
  • web-server.log shows 404 error
