All Autosupports no longer sending from E-Series array

Applies to

  • NetApp SANtricity OS 11.70.5P1
  • AutoSupport via HTTPS/ using Proxy Server

Issue

  • All AutoSupports no longer sending from E-Series array as expected (Daily, Weekly, DBM Backup, etc). 
  • When attempting to collect Support Data manually from array in SANtricity UI, encountering the following error:
    • Error: "Unable to collect support data due to reservation request failure. Please wait a few minutes before retrying the operation. (Web Server 422)" 
  • Unable to retrieve AutoSupport On Demand from array.
