Port reporting problem:
Controller A, Drive Channel 2, Port: 1
Status: SAS Port Degraded
 
Failure Entry 2: SAS_PORT_DEGRADED-Recovery Failure Type Code: 112
Storage array: array
Port reporting problem:
Controller B, Internal connection
Status: SAS Port Degraded
  • Controller A has been replaced but issue persists.
