Controller reboots due to doorbell fault x400004451

<date>-<time> (IOSched): PANIC: clearDoorbell: IOCid:<iocid> Fault TaskExit doorBell:x40004451:, FWVER: <Firmware version>

  • <iocid> Represents location of the IOC in the controller.
  • DoorBell code - x40004451
  • OE LU can be also exhibited on some systems when hitting this fault.
