VDD repair repeatedly reported due to deallocated/allocated block mismatch

Issue

After drive failure, major event is reporting below events repeatedly.

  • Deallocated/allocated block mismatch in a volume stripe
  • VDD repair completed
 
Replacing the drive does not resolve these events if the initial failed drive is being covered by a hot spare drive.
