Unreadable sectors not clearing after running "Clear Unreadable Sectors" in SANtricity

Issue
After attemping to clear Unreadable Sectors in SANtricity Support > Support Center > Diagnostics Tab > selecting "View/Clear Unreadable Sectors > Clear
SANtricity reports that the Unreadable Sectors have been cleared
The Unreadable Sectors are all still showing without any change
