Issue

  • Network switch reports different MAC address iSCSI host ports on E2800
    • Expected MAC address can be found in Hardware Show back of shelf > click affected controller > Configure iSCSI ports > select desired port > Next
  • ​​​​​​​Incorrect MAC address discovered from switch end could be any of the following:​​​​​​​
    • ​​​​​​​All but the last character is correct
      • ​​​​​​​Example: Expected (reported by SANtricity System Manager) - D0:15:FB:25:E2:B6 and actual (seen on switch) - D0:15:FB:25:E2:B0
    • ​​​​​​​0100.0ccc.ccce
    • ffff.ffff.ffff
