Issue

Upgrading SANtricity controller firmware via the StorageGRID GUI fails with the error message: Error. Fatal installation failure - SANtricity OS staging failed with: Failed. Removal of previously staged SANtricity OS failed with return code RETCODE_DOWNLOAD_IN_PROGRESS. Contact technical support.
