SMcli command execution failure when repeatedly rebooting controller

Issue
When executing SMcli commands repeatedly to reset the controller, the command occasionally fails with the following error message:
The management software has detected an internal service has not become available following a controller a reboot. Check the Recovery Guru, resolve any controller issues, and retry the operation. If the problem persists, contact your Technical Support Engineer.
