Issue

  • SANtricity Array Management (SAM) web-based application generates a Certificate Signing Request (CSR) with a 3072 bit RSA key (Rivest–Shamir–Adleman), while the user was expecting a 2048 bit key.
  • Error observed from external CA Signer:

CSR contains a RSA Key Length that is not supported. Supported Key Length: 2048

CSR may be generated using RSA 2048 or Elliptic Curve P384
