Failed host port registration - None - Host: <HOST_A>, hbaWWN: <HBA>
----> Sense 5/84/40 = Illegal Request - Host Context Agent host conflict

  • STORAGE-ARRAY-PROFILE indicates that the conflicted HBA is owned by different host
