  • SANtricity OS 11.80x, 11.80.1x (GA, R1, R2 and R3), and 11.90x (pre-R2).

WARNING

Download of the affected SANtricity OS releases has been disabled from the NetApp Support Site until an appropriate fix is released (11.80.1R4 and 11.90R2).

  • E-Series SANtricity OS upgrade fails with the following error message: Missing alternate trust chain for DLP

  • For StorageGRID appliances, the SANtricity upgrade fails in Grid Manager with the below errors in Software update and SANtricity OS update pages:

  • The E-Series event log located in System Manager Support section (Events) and the MAJOR-EVENT-LOG in support bundle indicate the firmware package failed authentication check.
