Answer

  • No volume groups or disk pools are configured on E-Series.
  • System logs confirm the disk was replaced and is in “Optimal” status.
  • Rebuild operations only trigger for drives that are part of a RAID group or disk pool.
  • If no volume groups or disk pools exist, the system does not initiate a rebuild(reconstruction) or Rebalance Operation.
