Issue

When attempting to upgrade controller firmware, the following message appears in the MEL on only one controller:

5025 Controller firmware download failed - Tray 99, Slot A  or 5025 Controller firmware download failed - Tray 99, Slot B

B:2/2/22, 1:14:50 PM (13:14:50) 331 5025 Controller firmware download failed - Shelf 99, Bay B
B:2/2/22, 1:14:44 PM (13:14:44) 330 5009 Controller firmware download started - Shelf 99, Bay B - (08.52.00.01 -> 08.72.00.00)
