Answer

No. You cannot decrease reserved capacity of a asynchronous mirror group without deleting the existing snapshot group configuration.

Additional Information

In order to make a reserved capacity change on the mirror group, it would require removing the asynchronous mirror relationship, remove the existing snapshot group, then re-create the mirror pair between the source and destination with the desired capacity and then re-create the snapshot groups.
