Unable to access management interface of E-series storage array

Issue

  • SANtricity System Manager is not accessible via browser. Timeout while accessing it from Controller A management IP.
  • Frequent disconnections reported by "unable to communicate with controller" when accessing SANtricity System Manager via controller B management IP.
  • Management ports are healthy with no flapping or TX/RX errors.
