E-Series Manually triggered ASUPs work but scheduled/AOD do not

- NetApp SANtricity OS 11.30 or later
- AutoSupport configured with http/https delivery method
Issue
- Customer is able to send manually triggered ASUPs but any scheduled (daily or weekly) fail.
- The following errors appear in
web-server-trace-log-B.7z
but not inweb-server-trace-log-A.7z
:java.net.UnknownHostException: mysupport.netapp.com
ASUP Upload Host InetSocketAddress is unresolved.
