Issue

  • After a drive replacement, several volumes remaing in degraded state with the following error appearing in SANtricity System Manager:
    • DEGRADED_VOLUME-Recovery Failure Type Code: 13
  • There are no operations in progress (e.g Reconstruction) reported under the home page of SANtricity System Manager.
