Issue

Dual E-Series controller lock down during controller firmware upgrade.

Controllers display OE L0  or O6 L0 on the 7 segment display code on the back of the controller.

  • OE: Operational Error
  • 06: Board ID Read
  • L0: Mismatched controller types (Board ID mismatch)
