All E-Series hardware platforms.

Issue

  • One or both controllers could have either 7 segment code:
    • CF Hx Operational failure of HIC.
      • x being a number which specifies the Host Interface Port having issues.
    • OF 94: Operational failure of HIC.
  • The alternate controller could have a different lockdown code.
