Answer

System ID is the Serial Number of the Non-Volatile Random-Access Memory (NVRAM)

Additional Information

  1. System ID will change only when the NVRAM is replaced
  2. Active IQ is used to verify the System ID
  3. Products that do not send ASUPs will not have a System ID
