SMBR shows the error "Command Mount-SdSnapshot failed" when mounting a snapshot

Issue

  • SMBR fails to mount the snapshot with the error seen in the SMBR UI Command Mount-SdSnapShot failed
  • Error seen in the \ProgramData\NetApp\SMBR\Logs\SnapShotManager.log at the same time:

SnapCenter base URL is not set
