Issue

Adding an SVM or Cluster to OTV storages fails with one of the error:

  • An error occurred while adding Storage System. An unspecified error occurred when connecting to the controller.
  • Query existing ONTAP updateUserAuthenticationMethods failed with status code: 409
  • An error occurred while adding Storage System. Certificate installation on ONTAP failed with status code: 403
  • Error occurred while fetching storage system privileges:No Controller found for controller id[Unknown-ip_address]
