Issue

  • Acquisition fails for all clusters after the upgrade
  • An error occurs in the upgrade screen output:

ERROR: Setting Keystore and Trustore using keystoresetup JEP. Response Code : 72

  • An error appears in JEP.log:

2022-08-15 10:09:32,995 ERROR [main] [com.netapp.jeps.keystoresetup.Main] Error while fetching aliases of parent certificate for certificate of alias <alias>
