Issue

StorageGRID Appliance reboots unexpectedly. The following behaviour might be observed:

  • Constant reboots
  • Unexpected reboots
  • One-time reboot
  • Reboots after a recent StorageGRID upgrade

If AutoSupport is enabled, a support case will be opened with error:  StorageGRID Notification (NODE_DOWN-MAJOR) ERROR
