Issue

  • Received HTTP 500 internal server error from StorageGRID on some of the objects while trying to read from bucket.
  • Changed the bucket consistency level from read-after-new-write to available, still the issue persists.
  • StorageGRID diagnostics under Support tab reports yellow under erasure coded groups repair health. EC groups show needs_repair
