Unable to Upload/Download Files After Migration Cutover to StorageGRID

Issue

  • After migrating data to StorageGRID and performing cutover, applications (Azure-based) are unable to upload or download files from a specific bucket.
  • Other applications can access the bucket without issue. The following error is observed:

errorMessage: "The AWS AccessKeyId you provided does not exist in our records."
validationResult: "Failure"
validationError: "[RuleId:CM4,PolicyId:,Message:Field \\"WFRequestID\\" should satisfy RegexExpression \\"[a-zA-Z0-9]{8}-[a-zA-Z0-9]{4}-[a-zA-Z0-9]{4}-[a-zA-Z0-9]{4}-[a-zA-Z0-9]{12}\\".]"
