Event-triggered ASUP of SGRID cannot be sent out successfully

Applies to

  • StorageGRID (SGRID) 11.5 or earlier
  • Autosupport (ASUP)

Issue

  • Both weekly and user-triggered ASUP can be sent out successfully, however, event-triggered ASUP cannot with N/A status.

  • nms.log from admin node only records SGRID was trying to send out Event-Driven ASUP according to corresponding alert.
