VM based admin node down after StorageGRID Upgrade

  • StorageGRID OS 11.8.0
  • VM based nodes for admin nodes

Issue

  • During upgrade, VM based nodes for admin nodes rebooted and didnt come online.
  • From Docker images, we find 2 boot images were present.
  • The OS was booting from first image.
