Issue

  • StorageGRID node expansion stuck at:

Starting service

Error: Failed to start node services.

  • Based on the output of storagegrid-status, RSM service stuck at Starting on the affected expanding Storage Node:

  • Error in servermanager.log on the affected Storage Node:

2023-12-01 12:34:56 +0000 | rsm                       | RSM is not ready because there is no cluster or the cluster has no leader

  • Error in bycast.log on the affected Storage Node:
