Issue

After performing a hotfix update, the Primary Admin node reports issues with communication to a storage node.
Example gdu-server.log:

2025-10-28 10:01:35 +0000 | servermanager             | Failed to get all admin hostnames from dynip: Failed to open TCP connection to localhost:9400 (Connection refused - connect(2) for "localhost" port 9400)

2026-06-24 08:34:52 +0000 | servermanager             | Unable to add the Administratively Down flag to <nodename>: Failed to open TCP connection to <nodename>:9999 (No route to host - connect(2) for 1<ip address>:9999)
