StorageGRID clients continue to use old certificate after renewal

Issue

After renewing the StorageGRID S3 certificate and the GRID manager UI reporting the renewed certificate, clients report SSL errors and are unable to access S3 endpoint:

  • ERROR: SSL certificate verification failure: [SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify failed (_ssl.c:897)
  • ERROR: SSL certificate verification failure: [SSL:  CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify failed (_ssl.c:618)

S3 client still reports using the old certificate even though it was renewed.
